Our mission

After the opening of two French international educational establishments in Casablanca and Bucarest, the Odyssey group was planning to open a third school in Belgium, in Brussels. As a French network based in Paris, the Odyssey group was founded by education specialists with the aim of combining the best of French and international education. For each of its establishments, the group is looking for highly qualified educational teams to ensure the excellence of its curriculum. Kersel was asked to provide assistance in launching the project and establish its success in Brussels.

Our method for this mission

  • Company launch management : recruitment of the pedagogical team with excellent teachers and students
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Overall brand management : launch of operations, reorganization of teams, partnerships

Our success

After 9 months of mission, the creation objectives for the French International School were reached, with a successful implementation in the Brussels’ landscape. The school was the 2nd approuved French school in Brussels and 3rd in Belgium, less than a year after its launch. It has welcomed 55 pupils for its very first school year in September 2019. As a symbol of its success, it has grown steadily since then with the opening of new classes until today and secondary education ambitions for the years ahead.
