Flagey

Our mission

Kersel was approached by Flagey during a prolonged absence of the Head of Marketing, as they needed assistance to reinforce and coordinate their communications team. With the upcoming organization of their two renowned festivals, the Brussels Jazz Festival and the Flagey Piano Days, it was crucial to have external experts to support the institution’s communications efforts and manage the internal team effectively.

Our method for this mission

Our success

The efforts of the communication team yielded remarkable results for Flagey’s flagship festivals, with significantly increased visibility leading to high participation and occupancy rates. The Flagey Piano Days achieved an outstanding occupancy rate of 90.5%, with 12 out of 16 concerts completely sold out. Similarly, the Brussels Jazz Festival boasted an impressive occupancy rate of 89%. Additionally, promotional efforts targeted partners, including embassies and VIPs attending the concerts. Overall, the implementation of an enhanced communication strategy resulted in the establishment of new partnerships and a significant boost in the institution’s visibility.
